BOOTCAMP is an intense full body workout suitable for men & women. Training sessions will include interval, resistance, strength and endurance challenges; testing your mind, core, balance, strength, speed and agility. It is designed to improve cardiovascular health while creating a strong, lean, injury-resistant body. This is one of our group classes that is open to anyone, come have some fun.
