Mikaela Henderson, PDt., IOC Dipl Sports Nutr. not only has a passion for sports nutrition, but the credentials and experience to support it! After becoming a Registered Dietitian she pursued and completed her Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. Mikaela works with all athletes of any age, competition level, and sport. The last few years she has worked closely with several varsity teams at Saint Mary’s University. Sports nutrition focuses on everything from pre-, during, and post-training/competition needs. Mikaela works closely with athletes to fully understand and achieve their in- and off-season performance and body composition goals. Mikaela provides nutrition counselling for both individual athletes as well as teams. Mikaela can help you and/or your team meet performance goals by providing insight, education/counselling, testing, and planning in all areas of sports nutrition.
