(she/her) Dr. Justine Landry was born and raised in Nova Scotia and graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was always fascinated by the human body, and during her time at Dalhousie, she had the opportunity to do a placement with a chiropractor. Dr. Landry also completed her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course during this time and received training in Mental Health First Aid.

Dr. Landry has a special interest in treating headaches and neck pain, as well as low and mid-back pain and dysfunction, and peripheral nerve injuries such as sciatica. She is also very interested in women’s health including pre/post-natal care, and is a certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist through Bellies Inc. Dr. Landry is a certified Pilates instructor who focuses on core health during her classes to optimize core control and function.

Through a detailed assessment and examination, she designs treatment plans tailored to each individual based on their unique findings and goals.
