Cancellation Policy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave gaps in the therapist’s schedule that could have been filled by other patients. Therefore, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be expected to pay the full price of the service you were scheduled for. Please be advised that missed appointments are not covered by insurance plans.

Any appointments booked within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time will be offered a 1hr grace period for cancellations. If the appointment is cancelled within 1hr of booking, no cancellation fee will be applied. If cancelled after 1hr of booking, the aforementioned cancellation fee will apply.

Accumulating three instances of missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours that incur fees will require providing a credit card on file. This card will be used to cover any fees for subsequent missed appointments. All outstanding fees must be settled before further bookings can take place.

Please note: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your chiropractic subsequent service, your appointment will be forfeited, and a no-show fee will be charged.
