Tai Pilates combines Tai Chi and Pilates emphasizing balance, flexibility, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and strengthening of the body. This class incorporates exercises for all parts of the body and mind. Tai Pilates is a unique and innovative method based on research and methodology to ensure functional movement and whole body and mind.

Tai Chi is an ancient physical activity and evidence-based exercises for improving balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and consequently, it is effective in preventing falls. It is also a body-mind exercises which promotes concentration and clarity of mind.

Pilates techniques will help you to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement. It also helps to develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness.

Our program is designed to improve flexibility, strengthen and balance your body while relaxing and focusing your mind regardless of age or ability.
