Sport Massage Therapy: (see Sport Massage Page)

Sport Massage Therapy is performed to aid in the healing process of current acute or chronic injuries to musculature, tendons, ligaments or joints and prevents any chronic injuries from developing.  Treatment will reduce training discomforts, muscular strains, trigger point and adhesion buildup while improving neuromuscular function and aid in the recovery from hard training and competitions.

Cupping Massage: (see Cupping Page)

Cupping is a method of Traditional Chinese Medicine used for separation of congestion, increasing blood flow and improving overall health to the body. Many benefits come from cupping massage modalities including deep tissue therapy, myofascia releasing, increasing range of motion, sprains and strains, fibromyalgia, drainage of excess fluids and edema as well as tight and painful muscles. Cupping aids in the removal of pathogenic factors through blood flow and restricted areas of the body.

Graston Technique: (See Graston Page for more info)

Graston Technique is a remarkable procedure allows us to detect and treat areas of “scar tissue” or adhesions in muscles, tendons and ligaments that can reduce our range of motion and cause pain. In the healing process, our body attempts to repair those areas by creating “scar tissue,” much like the scar that forms on the skin.

When using this technique to areas of pain, the effect is very quick and efficient to head, neck, shoulder, back, knees, ankles, elbows and wrist pain, sciatica, nerve pain, migraines, tendonitis, sprains and strains.

Visceral (Organ) Manipulation (see additional Page)

Visceral Manipulation is the manipulation of the internal organs of the body, such as the bladder, uterus, liver and intestines. It is a gentle manual therapy that helps release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction.

Therapists will feel for altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body and increase their mobility and function by releasing adhesions and restrictions. By increasing the mobility and motility of the organs and taking away lines of tension within the body we can help many dysfunctions and disorders outlined below.
