Alexia is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals move better and return to the activities they enjoy. She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology at Trent University / Ontario Tech University and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Dalhousie University.
Alexia has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation and takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients, combining hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to support long-term recovery and confidence in movement.
She has completed AIM Level 1 and Dry Needling Level 1 courses, allowing her to incorporate advanced manual therapy and needling techniques into her treatment plans when appropriate.
Patients can expect thorough assessments, clear communication, and a supportive treatment environment tailored to their goals. Outside of the clinic, Alexia enjoys staying active through Pilates or weightlifting, traveling, and spending time with her two cats.

Dry Needling (Acupuncture Canada)- Level 1
AIM (Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal)- Level 1
