Erin graduated in 2025 from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, where she was actively involved in community-based programs supporting people of all ages and abilities. During her time at Acadia, she contributed to the Acadia Active Aging Program and the Acadia-Wolfville Active Kids Exercise Program—experiences that helped her build a strong foundation in exercise prescription, injury prevention, and functional movement. Erin has also worked extensively with youth through basketball coaching and refereeing, developing strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. These experiences have shaped her client-centered approach and strengthened her commitment to fostering confidence and independence in every individual she works with.
Outside the clinic, Erin enjoys staying active—whether trying new sports, spending time outdoors, or going to the gym. She is passionate about exploring new ways to promote wellness through education and advocacy.
