With three years of experience at the Nova Scotia Health Authority, Valerie is passionate about supporting people through challenging times and being a calm, reassuring presence when they need it most. She takes pride in helping others feel cared for and understood.

Outside of work, Valerie loves to stay active with hiking, hot yoga, and Pilates—anything that keeps her body moving and her mind clear. She is thrilled to join the Coastal admin team and bring my passion for health, wellness, and exceptional care to every interaction.
