COVID-19 Protocols & Procedures

As Nova Scotia enters Phase 5, there will be a few changes to our clinic policies:

  •  Masks will still be mandatory for all clients & staff when entering the clinic
  •  We will be transitioning to passive screening: signage will be posted outside the clinic and should be read prior to entering the clinic
  •  Admin staff will no longer be calling clients for screening prior to their appointments
  • Clients should enter the clinic just a few minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to avoid congestion in the waiting room

Once entering the clinic, you will have to sanitize your hands immediately (touch-less machine directly inside the doors to the left)

We ask that all clients pay in advance for your treatment when you arrive. Once you enter the clinic with your practitioner you will not be permitted to return to admin, and we ask that you exit our side door into the main building.

MASKS- are REQUIRED for ALL – please arrive with a clean, non-medical mask as we do not have extra to sell clients at this time.

Clients must attend appointments by themselves whenever possible. If you require someone to accompany or assist you, we ask you to make arrangements ahead of time with the clinic. All other persons must wait outside the clinic.

  • Please be advised that we ask you not to bring unnecessary items with you to your treatment. – ex: additional bags.
  • Our staff are practicing higher protocols for cleaning and we have added additional time between clients to ensure we do a full clean before each client.

We thank you for your cooperation for a safe and clean environment.
