There will be a screening email sent to you 24 hours prior to confirm you do not have COVID symptoms. If you do have any symptoms, we ask that you do not attend your appointment and use the 811 on-line self-assessment tool if you are unwell.

Screening will also be asked upon arrival by reception and once again when you enter the room with your practitioner. This is required by our associations to return to work.
Upon arrival to the clinic, please wait in your car and we will call you within 2 minutes of your appointment or when the practitioner is ready. We have a “check in” process if you would like to let us know you’re here in your car by visiting: coastalsportsandwellness.janeapp.com/checkin
Once entering the clinic, you will have to sanitize your hands immediately (touch-less machine directly inside the doors to the left)
We ask that all clients pay in advance for your treatment when you arrive. Once you enter the clinic with your practitioner you will not be permitted to return to admin, and we ask that you exit our side door into the main building.
MASKS- are REQUIRED for ALL – please arrive with a clean, non-medical mask as we do not have extra to sell clients at this time.
Clients must attend appointments by themselves whenever possible. If you require someone to accompany or assist you, we ask you to make arrangements ahead of time with the clinic. All other persons must wait outside the clinic.
