Natalie is a graduate of Acadia University with a BSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a Registered Dietitian with the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and has completed her Advanced Obesity Counselling Certification through Obesity Canada.
With a passion for helping people build a healthier relationship with food, Natalie takes a practical and individualized approach to nutrition. She believes that healthy eating should fit into real life and works with clients to make small, realistic changes that can be maintained over time. With experience in diabetes care and obesity counselling, Natalie supports individuals navigating metabolic health and a range of chronic health conditions, while also working with clients across a variety of nutrition and wellness goals. She combines her clinical experience with an evidence-based approach to help each client find strategies that work for them and their lifestyle.
Outside of work, you can find Natalie playing pickleball, crafting, exploring local farmers markets, or trying a new restaurant. She loves spending time outdoors, getting creative, and enjoying good food with friends and family.
